Latin Style Grilled Chicken

This Latin Style Grilled Chicken is made with thin chicken breasts fillets marinated in a mix of orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, oil, salt & pepper. Serve it over cauliflower rice and top with my chunky avocado salsa. So much flavor!

Latin Style Grilled Chicken


1 1/2 lb chicken breast fillets, cut butterfly style and lightly pounded until thin

  • 1/2 orange, juiced

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 tbs minced garlic

  • 1 tbs paprika

  • 2 tbs olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Salt & pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a glass bowl. Mix, cover and let chicken marinate for about 2 hours in the fridge.

Heat griddle or pan over high heat.

Grill the chicken breast fillets for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

Chunky Avocado Salsa


  • 1 ripe but firm avocado, diced

  • 1/4 white onion, diced

  • 1/2 lime, juiced

  • 1 tbs finely chopped cilantro

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: Red chili pepper flakes


Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and serve cold.
