Chimichurri Sauce

This delicious Chimichurri Sauce is a specialty of Argentina and Uruguay! It is made of finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano and vinegar. You can use it for cooking, as a dip for tostones and yuca frita or as a table condiment for grilled meat.


Ingredients:

1/2 a bunch of parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh oregano, finely chopped

2 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 cup scallions, finely chopped

2 pinches red chili pepper flakes

1 pinch paprika

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 lime, juice

1/2 cup avocado oil

Salt & pepper to taste


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl with a fork, until combined.
