Bacon & Green Bean Stir Fry with Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:
1 8oz pack of bacon, cut in half (I used @applegate Hickory Smoked Uncured Sunday Bacon)
1 tablespoon avocado oil
16oz fresh green beans, ends cut
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons crushed roasted almonds
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425F and line a large baking sheet with foil. Lay bacon in a single layer onto a baking sheet, making sure not to overlap.
Bake until your desired crispness, 10-15 minutes. (Thin slices will cook more quickly!)
Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and cut in smaller pieces.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add in green beans, coconut aminos, oregano, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Cook stirring frequently for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until the green beans are cooked (but still crispy). Add bacon pieces and cook for another minute.
Sprinkle with crushed roasted almonds to serve.
